You have to be fresh in spirit and ideas, bring new and original ideas to the table, think out of the box. Be a trend setter, not a trend follower. You have to be able to take the project from the conceptual stage to the final detail and pixel. You have to be able to part of a team, listen to others' ideas and and bring your own style to the creative process.

Requirements

Experience in design and/or html coding.

Experience with industry software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, Quark Express, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand (not all required, experience required)
